Sweet Orange Peel

Sweet Orange Peel is used in many different styles of beer. Most notably in Belgian Wit's, but many American wheat's are using sweet orange peel as well. You get a flavor that is much like Grand Marinier or Cointreau. Use 1/2 - 1 ounce in a 5 gallon batch of beer. Add the peels with 15 minutes left of the boil. 1 oz.
