Peat Smoked Malt (Simpsons)

Smoked during the kiln using peat moss this malt provides a very robust smokey flavor. This malt is popular in distilling fine Scottish Whisky and finds its home in homebrewing typically in Scottish Ales and Wee Heavies. Could also make a great additional to a Smoked Stout or Porter!
