Organic Cacao (Cocoa) Nibs are a great way to infuse distinct chocolate flavor into any beer, wine, cider, or mead!
Cacao Nibs are crushed seeds from the Cacao plant and are the main ingredient in Chocolate. For best results add 4 oz. of Cacao nibs per 5 gallons of brew in your secondary fermenter for 2 weeks. You may also add them directly into the keg to infuse flavor in a finished beer or use them in the boil (note that this will add bitterness!). Our Nibs are sourced from Ecuador and are Certified Organic and Kosher.
