Nelson Sauvin Pellet Hops

Nelson Sauvin is a totally unique New Zealand hop that is dual purpose but really shines in late addition use. The Nelson flavors are often described as intense, notes of Gooseberry, Black pepper, and All Spice. Aromas are reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc and can be overwhelming if used in too high quantities.
