Irish Moss

Seaweed derived fining (clearing agent). Used by many brewers to avoid filtering beer. Quickens protein coagulation during the end of the boil which results in preventing chill haze. One teaspoon per 5 gallon batch ended during the last 15 minutes of the boil.
