Golden Naked Oats (Simpsons)

Golden Naked Oats are used in any style to add a sweet berry / nut flavor. We recommend using 4 to 15% of your total grist to achieve a golden coloring and light caramel/nutty flavors. A very unique grain that can enhance any brew.

NOTE: These grains are relatively small, and often require an additional run through the mill to be properly crushed.
