Glucoamylase (Gluco Amylase)

Glucoamylase is an enzyme capable of completely breaking down the starch and dextrins in the mash and fermentor resulting in much higher attenuation and a much drier finished beer. Especially great for Brut IPA and brewers who are trying to achieve a much lower carb beer.
