German Hallertau Blanc Pellet Hops

German Hallertau Blanc is a daughter of Cascade and was designed with American craft brewers in mind. Typically used as an aroma hop due to its fruit-forward flavor and aromatic profile that consists of Grapefruit, Passion fruit, Pineapple, with Lemongrass overtones. Tends to be a bit cleaner and less grassy than other similar varieties.
