Falconer's Flight Pellet Hops

Falconer's Flight is a unique blend of hops that contain Citra, Simcoe, and Sorachi Ace as well as some experimental hops. Although dual purpose most brewers use Falconer's Flight for its distinct flavor and aroma contributions such as Lemon, Grapefruit, Floral, and Pine notes. Created as a tribute to the late brewer Glen Hay Falconer who was a multiple time GABF gold medalist.
