Calypso is a dual purpose hop with a pleasantly complex fruity, citrusy aroma, hints of pear, apple, sweet lemon lime brilliance, as well as notes of earthy tea, hints of unique tropical fruit aroma. Complex and crisp our team has had a lot of success experimenting with Calypso across a broad range of styles.
