Partial mash recipe kits are for the brewer looking to gain a bit more control of their brew and likewise a bit more understanding of the brewing process.  Consisting of both base malt and malt extract, to execute a partial mash recipe kit the brewer will be required to do a smaller mash than an all grain brew, which can be done with an extract size five gallon kettle, then boiling and supplementing that wort with malt extract to complete the wort before seasoning with hops.

Partial mash recipe kit consist of about half and half malt extract and mashing grains, hops, priming sugar.  Choose your beer style, yeast, whether or not you would like the grains crushed, and if you would like an ice pack for your yeast choice.
