Extract Beer Recipe Kits 2.5 Gallon

Extract recipe kits are where most brewers begin.  Shortcutting the mash process these recipes go straight to the boil kettle with a short steeping of your specialty grains for most recipes before boiling your malt extract and seasoning your brew with hops.

Extract kits consist of malt extract with specialty grains, if the recipe calls for them, hops, priming sugar, and a grain bag, if the recipe calls for one.  Choose your beer style, yeast, whether or not you would like the grains crushed, and if you would like an ice pack for your yeast choice.
